Shipping Policy

At Watson Engineering, we strive to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using standard shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is not included with standard shipping. If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, you must request this before your order ships. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Watson Engineering is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing after delivery, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or begin an insurance investigation, if applicable.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Watson Engineering is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, transit times and any shipping delays are outside of our control.
